I met Sharlton four years ago at Revolution Fitness and hired him as a personal trainer for the past two years.

A punctual, professional, motivating, and humourous trainer, he has motivated me to “stay on track”, eating, working out, massage therapy and very knowledgeable. Sharlton became my personal on January 3, 2000. For a year and a half, we trained together from one to three times weekly.
Based on a recommendation from my respirologist, I joined the club with trepidation. Prior to my involvement with Sharlton, I had only a very basic knowledge of health and fitness and no experience with weight training. Throughout our training sessions, Sharlton consistenly demonstrated a thorough and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of fitness, from cardiovascular exercises to keep my asthma at bay, to weight training methods for different muscle groups, to effective stretching techniques. Periodically, Sharlton would assess my progress and tailor my program to target specific areas and to achieve goals that we identified together. He took the time to educate me about health and nutrition and went over and above his duties by providing me with information about such things as stress management, techniques for better sleep and creating a balance between work and home life. Most importantly, Sharlton made fitness enjoyable and taught me how to continue a lifestyle and fitness regime on my own once our sessions were completed.
Sharlton is a very personable and enthusiastic individual. He interacts positively with other clients and colleagues and is always approachable and eager to answer questions and assist others.
